The open plan kitchen-dining–living space is full of light and height. It is tastefully decorated with oak flooring, comfortable furnishings, a large wood burner and lots of original charm. A well equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave is conveniently positioned around a centre island. From the living area there are lovely outlooks onto the garden through the large double doors opening up onto the flagstone patio.
The barn accommodates 4 people with a double bedroom on the ground level opposite the bathroom which comprises of a bath and a walk in shower. The centre piece of the bedroom is a comfortable double bed topped with a down duvet wrapped in pure cotton linen. There is a small utility room next to the bathroom with a washer/dryer and ironing facilities. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with views of Glastonbury Tor. The twin beds can be made into a king size double bed.
The patio holds a table, chairs, sun lounger, BBQ and lovely views over the surrounding countryside. A private lawned garden surrounds the barn. Descending from the lawn a tranquil flagstone seating area is nestled right by the stream ideal for viewing the sunset and to relax quietly.
